I usually discount these to avoid any Twitter-storms or civil wars amongst you Leaguers, but this week has thrown up A LOT of duplicate or near-duplicate entries. That's fine - I don't expect you lot to read through all of the prior entries, but this week has thrown up A LOT of duplicate or near-duplicate entries. I always had faith in you guys though, knowing that whatever pic I post - the pun will come. Big week for us too, as we smashed the 1,000 Leaguers mark on Twitter! I had planned a special surprise for the 1,000th Leaguer, but I forgot who it was. Oh well, I love you all equally anyway. You Twitterers need to show some love to the FB page though! This is where we'll break the internet! An absolute glut of "doesn't carrot all", and karat/carrot puns meant that, although all rock-solid punnery,
Pun League Week 3 Results Pun League by luckyladder - May 25, 2016October 7, 20180 Week 3 Results: "Don't touch religion!" They said. Pun League ignored that advice and received a raft of very odd (and slightly scary) messages this week that I can't even repeat. Seriously! Beyond that, some say that religion is only good for creating wars, and these claims were only vindicated by Leaguers Ech and Jack Drummond-Joy butting their pun antlers in a heated Twitter war over the rights to 'Pope-a-Cola'. Thankfully, the two Leaguers settled their differences (or similarities) before it reached fizz-ticuffs. Anyway: 1st place for 100 points and divine immortality - Darren Williams with 'Mass-produced drink'. 2nd place for 60 points and all sins forgiven - Alex Hutchinson with 'Diocese Coke'. 3rd place for 40 points and a bottle of church red - Gabby Gellerman

You dare to hit me with a sushi terminology pun, and I'll hit you back twice as hard with a gold medal my friend. 2nd place and 60 points go to Ruby Drummond with 'It Sony wok
